Vertical autoclave, also known as steam sterilizers and top loading sterilizers, front loading sterilizer, is a sterilizing machine that comes in a cylindrical shape. These machines help in sterilization of medical equipment, Operation heater, bacteriological, research laboratories, hospitals, clinics and food, beverage units microbiology laboratory and surgical instruments. Autoclave machines are available in different designs such as Double Wall Construction, Triple Wall and GMP construction. Vertical autoclave is simple to understand to open, a radial locking mechanism is fitted at top of the lid, a foot lever (pedal) is attached at the bottom. User has to press the pedal and lift the lid.
